These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InvoiceLance ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the InvoiceLance platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service
InvoiceLance provides a SaaS platform for generating PDF invoices for recurring clients. We facilitate the creation, storage, and automated scheduling of invoices containing user-provided financial information, including ACH and Wire details.
3. Accuracy of Payment Details
Because our service involves the display of ACH, Wire, and other financial details, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of bank details provided to InvoiceLance.
- We are not a payment processor and do not handle the movement of funds between you and your clients.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
Access to certain features of InvoiceLance requires a paid subscription. By signing up, you agree to the following:
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
No Prorated Refunds
If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. InvoiceLance does not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
